Spaghetti with chard - recipe for preparation. With the addition of carrots, garlic and Mediterranean celery, an excellent appetizer or main course.

  • 200 g of spaghetti
  • so
  • 250 g Swiss chard
  • 1 piece Mediterranean celery (sprig)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • beaver
  • cinnamon (powdered)
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 0,5 piece of red onion
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  1. Wash the Swiss chard well and cut off the stems. Cut into strips. Chop the carrot, red onion and garlic and Mediterranean celery.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and add the carrot, red onion, garlic and Mediterranean celery. When the vegetables soften a little, add the Swiss chard, a little salt and pepper. Simmer at a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes. Optionally, you can add some cinnamon powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, pour 2 liters of water and salt, and cook the spaghetti. When the spaghetti is almost cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the Swiss chard and vegetables. Simmer, stirring, for a few more minutes so that the spaghetti absorbs all the flavors. Serve warm, straight from the pan. As a side dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
