Spaghetti with lemon - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of spaghetti
- juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of young garlic
- so
- 3 spoons of olive oil
- 200 ml of kecap
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain and put them back in the colander. Pour them over
- olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, salt to taste and juice from
- lemon. Fry the spaghetti until the lemon juice evaporates, stirring constantly
- kneading. Remove from the stove, add ketchup and mix well.
