Spinach cubes - Ivana Pešić
- crust: 4 eggs
- 4-5 grated Sargarep
- 100 g of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 14 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of yogurt
- a bit of salt
- 1 baking powder
- g filling: 250 grated salami
- 150 g of grated cheese
- 2 boiled grated eggs
- 2 spoons of mayonnaise + a little for coating

- Beat eggs, add yogurt and oil. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and salt. At the end, stir in the carrot and spinach with a spoon. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
- Spread the hot crust with mayonnaise. Mix the salami with 2 spoons of mayonnaise, then apply to the cooled crust. Put cheese, eggs and parsley on top.
