Spinach cubes - Ivana Pešić

  • crust: 4 eggs
  • 4-5 grated Sargarep
  • 100 g of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 14 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • a bit of salt
  • 1 baking powder
  • g filling: 250 grated salami
  • 150 g of grated cheese
  • 2 boiled grated eggs
  • 2 spoons of mayonnaise + a little for coating
  • person
  1. Beat eggs, add yogurt and oil. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and salt. At the end, stir in the carrot and spinach with a spoon. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
  2. Spread the hot crust with mayonnaise. Mix the salami with 2 spoons of mayonnaise, then apply to the cooled crust. Put cheese, eggs and parsley on top.
