Raspberry hearts – cake for lovers.

Raspberry hearts - Marija Mirković

ingredients:

  • 225 g of flour
  • 85 g of hazelnuts
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 2 spoons of milk
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 150 g of raspberry jam
  • 1 egg

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  1. Mix flour, sugar, hazelnut and margarine, then add egg and milk. Knead the dough and leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Knead the dough and roll it out thinly. Cut the dough in the shape of a heart with a mold and bake it for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate with a little oil, decorate the cooled hearts with chocolate. Heat the raspberry jam and mix it with the rest of the melted chocolate. Fill the biscuit and cover it with a speckled biscuit.
