Celery sticks - since I love celery and often use it in various combinations, I came up with the idea to make these "fries" with an unusual taste.

When serving, you can sprinkle the celery sticks with lemon juice. When it comes to salt, don't overdo it, 2-3 pinches are enough.

Celery sticks - since I love celery and often use it in various combinations, I came up with the idea of ​​making these "fries" with an unusual taste.

  • 500 g of celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • oregano (to taste)
  1. Cut the celery into sticks as you would when preparing French fries.
  2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices (mash/chop the garlic).

  4. Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the celery sticks.

  5. Bake them in a heated oven at 220-250 degrees for about 20 minutes,
