Old-fashioned cubes with cheese - a different kind of pie, with a soft, homemade crust, ideal for the breakfast, or dinner.

  • 5 cups of flour (from 2dl)
  • 1/2 package of fresh yeast
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 margarine
  • 200 grams of small cow's cheese
  • 200-250 grams of sour cream
  • water if needed
  • oil as needed
  1. Knead a dough of medium hardness from flour, salt, yeast and water. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Knead each part into a ball.
  2. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin. Connect two circles with grated margarine - that's how you get five crusts.
  3. Oil a small pan (No. 25-28). Roll out each joined crust with a rolling pin to the size of the pan. Put the first crust in the pan, spread it with sour cream and spread the cheese over the cream. Do the same with all the other crusts.
  4. The last crust is not smeared with cream or sprinkled with cheese. Coat the finished pie with oil. cut into cubes with a sharp knife. Before baking, it needs to stand for 30-40 minutes, so that it grows. Then put the pie in an oven heated to 180 C, and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
