Old-fashioned roll with jam, ingredients:
For the roll:
- 6 haha,
- 6 spoons of sugar,
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- 6 tablespoon of flour,
- 1/2 bag of baking powder.
To coat:
- if necessary, jam.

For the roll:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
- Add egg yolk and mix everything.
- Turn off the mixer, mix in the flour, mixed with baking powder and gently mix with a spatula, so that all the ingredients are combined.
- Cover the baking sheet of the electric stove with baking paper, spread the whipped mixture and bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the finished crust from the oven, wrap it in the paper it was baked on, then wrap it in a clean kitchen towel and leave it to cool.
- Unroll the roll, turn to the other side and remove the baking paper.
- Spread with jam and roll up.
- Wrap in baking paper, place on a tray and leave to harden.
- Cut the roll, serve and serve.
Tip: a roll that brings us back to childhood!
