"Under number two, when they decide to give up cigarettes, they should talk to the other members of the household, especially if there are other smokers in the house, to have them join or support them. Under three, until they stop smoking, they should go out on the terrace in case they want to light a cigarette, and only with one cigarette," explains Dr. Pešić for BKTVNews.

She advises that when we go out to the terrace for a cigarette, we should not bring coffee or any other drink with us.

Let the food settle for five minutes, set the table, wash the dishes, brush your teeth, and only if you still feel like smoking after all that, light a cigarette, but again outside.
