Strudel with walnuts.

Strudel with walnuts, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 spoon of dry yeast
  • 300 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • on the tip of a knife of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 egg yolk

For coating unbaked strudel:

  • 1 egg white

For the filling:

  • 250 g of ground walnuts
  • 5 spoon of sugar
  • 1 bourbon vanilla flavored sugar sugar
    100 ml of hot milk
  • 2 tablespoons of softened butter

Strudel with walnuts, preparation:

  • Add half of the flour to the mixing bowl, add yeast, sugar, salt, oil, egg yolks, lukewarm milk, mix everything well and whisk, then gently mix in the remaining flour.
  • Knead the dough well and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and prepare the filling.
  • Put ground walnuts, bourbon vanilla flavored sugar in a saucepan, add granulated sugar, mix, then add hot milk.
  • Mix and add butter.
  • Combine and coat the developed dough.
  • Roll the strudel into a roll and shape it into the letter n, then place it on baking paper in a smaller square pan.
  • Leave the strudel to rise for 50 minutes.
  • Coat the strudel with unbeaten egg white.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 160 degrees
  • Pleasant!
