Cheese strudel - cheese that melts in your mouth gives the strudel a perfect taste. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Good suggestion for catering.

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 500 g of bark for gibanica
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 dl oil
  • 50 g semolina
  • 300 g of cheese
  • 20 g of flax seeds
  1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. First beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add the egg yolks. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add salt, oil, semolina and baking powder. Divide the crusts into two parts to get two strudels. Coat each crust with 3-4 a spoonful of filling

  2. Crumble the cheese richly on the last crust. Roll it into a strudel and put it in a baking tray. Repeat the procedure with the other half of the crust. Save a little filling for the top.

  3. Spread both strudels and sprinkle with flax seeds. Bake at 200 C until golden brown. Enjoy the crunchy taste of salty strudel.
