Sun roll - pleasing to the eye, even more beautiful to the palate... A decorative appetizer that will complete any celebration.

  • 8 pieces of egg
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds (ground)
  • 0,5 bags of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

for the filling:

  • 0,5 cups of sour cream
  • 200 g of cheese
  • 200 g of ham
  1. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks immediately in a saucepan with hot water and cook for 5 minutes. When they are cooked, leave them on a paper napkin to drain.

  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add salt, flour mixed with baking powder, poppy seeds and bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes, baking tray 36x39. Roll the crust and cool it. Mix cheese and sour cream, grate ham and coat the roll. salty, add salt to taste.

  3. Arrange the egg yolks at the beginning of the crust, cover them with a little filling and roll up the whole crust. Put it in foil and let it cool down.
