Stuffed bread with dry neck, cheese is enough for dinner with yogurt or sour milk.

  • 700 g. flour
  • 1 fresh yeast
  • 3 dl. milk
  • 1 dl. oils
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 150 g. dry neck
  • 150 years cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 20 years flax 30 sesame seeds
  1. Combine lukewarm milk, yeast, a teaspoon of flour and sugar in a suitable container, then mix and leave to rise. pour flour into a large mixing bowl, add added yeast, oil and salt. Knead the dough well until it starts to come away from your fingers. Leave the kneaded dough to rise. Knead the resulting dough, separate one third and leave it aside, and roll the rest of the dough into a rectangle 0 cm thick. sprinkle the dough rectangle with two-thirds of grated cheese and dry neck, then roll up. Cut the roll into pieces 5 cm thick. stretch the remaining dough into a rectangle, cut in the middle to get two strips. sprinkle the dough strips with the remaining dry neck and cheese. Roll first one strip and then another around it. Oil the pan, put the wrapped strips in the middle and arrange the pieces of rolls vertically around it. Brush the center part with beaten egg, sprinkle with flax seeds and the pieces of the roll with sesame. Bake in a preheated oven at 2 c until golden brown for about half an hour.
