Sunflower bread - many people say that some of the breads I prepare have never seen, much less tasted. It just takes a little imagination about the combination of ingredients and that's all.
- 500 g black flour (type 850 or 950)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 10 g yeast (fresh)
- 100 g sunflower (peeled)
- 2 dl water (lukewarm)
- 1 dl water (carbonated)
- Blend the sunflower with lukewarm water.
- Stir the yeast and sugar in the "sour" water.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, make a well, pour in the sunflower mixture and yeast.
- Knead the dough.
- Let it rise - double in size.
- Shape the bread, decorate it as desired with sunflower seeds and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 20 minutes.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes and about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
