  • 1 piece drumstick with carabatak
  • 2 l of water
  • 2 pieces of carrots (larger)
  • 1 piece of parsnip
  • 1 piece of celery root
  • 1 piece of onion
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs
  • 1 piece bay leaf (leaf)
  • pepper (a few grains)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves

For dumplings you need:

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 10 spoons of semolina (flat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of herbs
  1. Put the meat in the pot, pour water and let it boil.
  2. Fry the onion on the hot plate on both sides and bring it to a boil.
  3. Cut the carrot into cubes and add the celery and parsnips whole, then throw them out once they are cooked.
  4. Add bay leaf, pepper and other spices.
  5. When the meat is cooked, remove it with a slotted spoon and remove the bones and shrimp.
  6. Cut into small cubes.
  7. Beat the eggs with a fork, add semolina and herbs and remove the dumplings with a fork.
  8. First, dip the fork in the hot soup, as this will make the dumplings easier to remove from the fork.
  9. When the dumpling immediately floats to the surface and does not fall apart, it means that it is good.
  10. Dumplings should be cooked for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Remove from the stove and add finely chopped parsley.
  12. Enjoy the taste.
