Sutlijaš with vanilla pudding.
Sutlijash with vanilla pudding, ingredients:
- 1 cups of rice
- 3 cups of water
- 5 cup of milk
- 10 spoon of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla pudding
- a little cinnamon
Sutlijash with vanilla pudding, preparation:
- Clean, wash and cook the rice in water with constant stirring.
- When the water boils almost completely, reduce the temperature (to 2 out of 6 or to 1,5 out of 3) and pour two cups of milk.
- When it boils, add another two cups of milk and sugar.
- Stir occasionally and when the liquid boils, add another cup of milk, vanilla sugar and pudding mixed with a little milk. Stir to thicken.
- Pour into bowls, cool, sprinkle with cinnamon (if desired and taste) and serve.
- Pleasant!
Note: I used a 250 ml cup.
