Dry peppers stuffed with cabbage - this recipe is good for lovers of lean food and sauerkraut.

  • 8 pieces of dried peppers
  • 60 g of sauerkraut
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of fish (optional)
  • 1 dl oil
  • beaver
  • 1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
  1. Fry a piece of fish in oil and cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Wash the peppers well and leave them to soak in warm water for a while. Finely chop the cabbage and fry it in oil. Towards the end of frying, add finely chopped leeks and fry everything together a little more. When the cabbage and leek are fried, add pieces of fish, ground paprika and pepper. Fill peppers with the prepared mass, close with a circle of peeled potatoes and arrange in a baking tray.
  3. Pour them with a little mixture of water and oil and let them simmer until the peppers and potatoes are cooked. When the peppers are cooked, put them in the oven to bake at 180 C. You can also prepare the peppers without adding fish.
If your cabbage is sour, keep it in cold water for several hours. also at the end of stewing, add half a small head of sweet cabbage and the result is amazing.
