  • 250 g of coarser ground walnuts
  • 100 g of rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, to taste
  • dry spice, to taste
  • paprika, to taste

Dry peppers stuffed with walnuts, preparation:

  • Soak the dried peppers in hot water to stand.
  • Sauté the onion in a pan.
  • Add washed rice, sauté briefly, then add larger ground walnuts.
  • Add salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Fill the softened peppers and close with a thinly sliced ​​potato ring.
  • Arrange in a pan.
  • Mix 2 spoons of flour in 500 ml of water, add a spoon of allspice and pour over the peppers.
  • Cover the pan with peppers with a lid.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished peppers with some ground walnuts.
