Shwarma.
- 600 g of pork
- 0,5 pieces of lemon (lemon juice)
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 0,5 teaspoons of allspice
- 0,5 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 0,5 teaspoons of ground pepper
- 0,5 teaspoons of nutmeg
- 0,5 teaspoons of curry
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- Cut the meat into pieces. Mix all the listed ingredients in a bowl and make the marinade. Add the chopped meat, cover and leave in the fridge to rest for a few hours. After that, you can prepare the meat in two ways: arrange the meat in an oiled pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees with occasional stirring, or fry the meat in a pan with a little oil and on high heat. I fried it in a pan because I think it would be baked in the oven it was too dry
