Mother-in-law's pine trees - Sandra Marković

- 4 raw pork legs
- 1 dry pork knuckle
- 3 raw pork tails
- 6 liters of water
- 1 link green
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 level spoon of salt
- 10 peppercorns
- 7 cloves garlic
- ground pepper

- Put the washed legs, tails and knee in a 10 l pot, pour water and let it boil gently, then remove the foam while it is still there.
- When it stops foaming, add cleaned greens, laurel, onion, salt and pepper and 2 cloves of garlic to the pot. Continue cooking on low heat, half covered.
- When the meat is separated from the bones after 5 hours of cooking, remove the pot from the heat and collect all the fat that is on the surface of the soup.
- Strain the soup, add salt to taste, then add 5 cloves of very finely chopped garlic and a little ground pepper.
- Separate the meat and skins from the bones and arrange them on plates, then carefully pour the strained soup over them and put them in a cold place to dry.
- Pleasant!
