Nettles much stronger than other herbs, it cleans the blood and improves its quality due to the high concentration of iron it contains. It accelerates the work of the intestines and thus the release of poisons, because the body gets rid of poisons almost exclusively through the large intestine.

All parts of the nettle - root, stem and leaf - have medicinal properties and our ancestors were well aware of this. Even the famous painter Albrecht Dürer painted an angel with a nettle in his hand in one of his paintings.

Young nettle leaves taste like spinach. But they contain five times more calcium and six times more vitamin C than spinach. The seeds have a stone fruit aroma, which becomes more intense when the seeds are roasted. The flowers are also edible and very aromatic.
