Pork in sauce - Ivana Pešić
- 500 g of pork
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
- 3 price of garlic
- 2 spoons of flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil

- Sauté finely chopped onion in oil. Then add the meat cut into pieces
- cubes and continue stewing. Season with a mixture of spices, alev
- paprika and pepper. Finely chop the garlic, add oregano, flour and
- a little water and pour it into the finished meat. Cook for another 5-6 minutes
- stir fry and serve with risotto or mashed potatoes.
