Decorative and tasty schnitzels prepared in this way, with the addition of some seasonal salad and mashed potatoes, will certainly please your family or guests...

  • 300 g of pork (thigh, neck...)
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 3 pieces of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g of cheese
  • salt (if needed)
  • oils (if needed)
  • pepper (as needed)
  1. Cut the meat into steaks, the size of the palm of your hand, pound it a little with a pestle, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Wash, peel and grate the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and add it to the potatoes. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork and add them to the previous mixture, then add salt and pepper. Lightly mix the mixture with a fork.

  2. Take one steak, place it on the mixture, then roll it well in it. Now place the steak in the palm of your hand, with the side rolled in the mixture, and roll the other side as well, i.e. put the prepared mixture over it. Do the same with the other steaks.
    Fry the prepared steaks in hot oil for a few minutes on one side, turn them over and fry them on the other side, until they are golden brown.

  3. Put the fried schnitzels in a fireproof dish, grate cheese over them and put them in a heated oven at 180 degrees. about 15 min. to melt the cheese.
