Pork stew with beer - Dana Drobnjak
Pork stew with beer - a delicious stew.
- 500 g of pork
- 300 g of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 spoons of tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 4 dcl light beer
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 spoons of density

- ground pepper
- 3 pinches of rosemary
- Cut the meat into cubes and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown on all sides, add finely chopped onion and garlic, fry for 5-6 minutes, add salt, ground pepper, ground red pepper and rosemary.
- In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and 4 dcl of beer, pour over the meat, cover and cook on low heat until the meat is soft. If necessary, add hot water. If we cook in a pressure cooker, cook for 30 minutes from when steam starts to come out.
- When the stew is cooked, take 2-3 spoons of sauce from the stew, add 1 spoon of stock, mix, add to the stew and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Goulash should be served with cooked pasta, mashed potatoes or knoclice.
