Pork chops with champignons - a suggestion for a chrono lunch or chrono dinner.

Pork chops with mushrooms, ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of pork chops
  • 10 pieces of mushrooms (smaller)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of cream (lower fat percentage)
  • 1 tablespoon fennel (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive (oil)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground pepper (to taste)
  • butter (hazelnut-sized piece)

Pork chops with mushrooms, preparation:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic.
  4. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry on high heat.
  5. When the mushrooms are stewed, add parsley, salt and pepper and mix. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  6. In the same pan, melt a hazelnut-sized amount of butter and fry the chops until golden. Remove from pan and place on serving plates.
  7. Pour the cream into the pan, stirring well to mix in all the pan juices.
  8. When the mass is heated and mixed, add the mushrooms to combine everything and pour over the cutlets, which have already been served on plates. Pleasant!
  9. All ingredients can be adapted to your chronic diet.
