Pork with red potatoes and avocado - an interesting combination of meat, fruit and vegetables, my baby loves it.
- 30 g of pork
- 0,125 piece of avocado (diced)
- 1 red potato (cut into quarters)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- Put the meat in the water to cook. Pre-cut if there are veins, check if there are bones and remove fatty deposits. This depends on which part of the pork you took. The best steaks.
- Peel the potatoes and zucchini and chop them.
- After 10 minutes of cooking the meat, add the zucchini and potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes until the meat is soft.
- Peel part of the avocado, separate a piece and put it in a blender.
- When the meat and vegetables are ready, strain and add to the blender with the avocado.
- Mix until you get a smooth paste. If necessary, add a little water to make it thinner.
- Cool and serve to baby.
