Pork with red potatoes and avocado - an interesting combination of meat, fruit and vegetables, my baby loves it.

  • 30 g of pork
  • 0,125 piece of avocado (diced)
  • 1 red potato (cut into quarters)
  • 1 piece zucchini (diced)
  1. Put the meat in the water to cook. Pre-cut if there are veins, check if there are bones and remove fatty deposits. This depends on which part of the pork you took. The best steaks.
  2. Peel the potatoes and zucchini and chop them.
  3. After 10 minutes of cooking the meat, add the zucchini and potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes until the meat is soft.
  4. Peel part of the avocado, separate a piece and put it in a blender.
  5. When the meat and vegetables are ready, strain and add to the blender with the avocado.
  6. Mix until you get a smooth paste. If necessary, add a little water to make it thinner.
  7. Cool and serve to baby.
