The creator of the concept of chrono nutrition is Dr. Alan Delabo (Alain Delabos), French nutritionist/physician, who is also the Director of Clinical Research at IREN (Institut de Recherche Europeéen sur la Nutrition). The goal of his concept of chrono nutrition is, in fact, to reach your ideal weight by eating well, not necessarily insisting on losing weight. He has written several books published only in French, including "Mincir sur mesure", which was published in 2005, in which he explains his theories in minute detail. His books are very rare and hard to find today, but a recipe book from 2011, “La chrono-nutrition” (French only), can still be found.

What makes so many people choose to follow the principles of the chrono diet is that it is based on one general chronological principle, so that it is easy for everyone to remember. Our bodies digest certain food groups most efficiently at certain times of the day. So, according to Dr. Delabeau's concept, all food groups are beneficial when eaten according to the biological clock in our body. Each food group has a time of day when our bodies burn nutrients for energy instead of storing them as fat, or worse! And that's it word for word C, which everyone hates. To store them in cellulitis. Yes, by eating according to Dr. Delabeau's concept, it is possible to eliminate cellulite! Cellulite, for which you have spent hours, exercising in various recreation centers, and almost always without success.

Eat protein and starch. Dr. Delabo prefers red meat, but the principle is to eat protein and complex carbohydrates.

The basic plan for dinner in the concept of chrono nutrition

For dinner, eat protein (preferably fish) and vegetables.

Don't forget - the concept of chrono nutrition is not a medical therapy, you are not in the army to blindly and unquestioningly carry it out. Turn on your imagination, relax and enjoy!

In case you are forced to undergo a strict diet due to excess weight or impaired health, you MUST do it under the control of your doctor and/or nutritionist. Do not approach a serious diet on the principle of DO IT YOURSELF, because you can harm your health.

Dr. Alain Delabos - since 1986, he has been working on clinical studies on nutritional errors, which included more than 100.000 patients, which allowed him to set the basic rules of chrono nutrition.
