Veal liver with cheese and eggs - try this recipe for a delicious meal for lunch or dinner.

  • veal liver (about 400 gr)
  • red onion (chopped, 1 head)
  • eggs (3 pieces)
  • cow's cheese (about 200 g)
  • butter (1 tablespoon)
  • oregano spice
  • fresh basil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Cut the veal liver into smaller pieces and put it in a pot to cook. Let it cool a little, then cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add finely crumbled white cow's cheese. Mix well, so that the mass is even.
  3. Grease the pan with a little butter and heat it to medium temperature. Put the liver and finely chopped red onion. Add some oregano, salt and pepper. To mix. After a few minutes of stewing, add the mass of eggs and cheese. Leave the eggs and cheese to brown, without stirring. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
