  • 4 pieces of veal steak
  • 1 piece of cauliflower (medium size)

  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch parsley
  1. Pound the veal steaks very thin.
  2. Boil medium-sized cauliflower in salted water. When the cauliflower is cooked, pass it through a sieve. Add salt, pepper, a little breadcrumbs, one egg, and a finely chopped parsley leaf to the cauliflower mass. Mash the garlic through a garlic press and add to the mass. Mix the mass well and let it stand for half an hour.
  3. Salt the outside of the steaks a little, and coat the inside with the cauliflower mass. Wrap the steaks and fasten the ends with toothpicks.
  4. Heat the grill pan. Lubricate it with very little olive oil. Bake the steaks for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
