Veal with baby carrots - another way to prepare baby veal.

  • 50 g of veal (in a piece)
  • 1 handful of baby carrots (chopped)
  • 1 piece zucchini (cut into quarters)
  • 0,125 piece red sweet potato (one-eighth of a medium potato, diced)
  • nana
  • parsley
  • beaver
  • garlic (powder)
  1. Put a piece of veal in the water and cook for about 50 minutes together with the spices. Add water occasionally if necessary.
  2. When the veal is completely tender, add the vegetables by peeling them and cutting them into cubes, except for the baby carrots.
  3. Cook for about 10 more minutes until the carrots are soft.
  4. Strain and place in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Wait for it to cool down and then give it to the baby. Be sure to check the temperature of the porridge before giving it to the baby.
Be sure to check that there are no veins, bones or fat in the veal piece you put for the baby. The meat you give your baby should be a mole or fillet of clean meat.
