Veal with onion and ginger - a slightly stronger porridge after which usually no milk or a little milk is needed.

  • 50 g of veal
  • 1 handful of baby carrots
  • 1 handful of peas
  • 0,125 piece of parsnips (finely chopped)
  • primrose leaf
  • ginger (grated)
  • 0,125 onions
  • 0,5 handful of rolled oats (optional)
  1. Put the veal with peas, baby carrots and parsnips to cook. Peel a small onion or cut a piece and add it to the water.

  2. Cook for about 15 minutes until the meat is soft. Add parsley and grate some ginger (don't overdo it). Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the oatmeal separately in double the amount of water for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the veal and vegetables and put them together with the oatmeal in a blender. Blend until smooth. If it is thick, add a little water to thin it out.
  5. Let it cool for about 10 minutes, check the temperature and give it to the baby.
Do not overdo it with the amount of onion and ginger.
