Veal with red potatoes - this is a slightly heavier porridge, like everything with red meat, so I recommend that you have a lighter meal for dinner that helps digestion.
- 50 g of veal (thin slice of mole)
- 0,25 pieces of red potatoes (coarsely chopped)
- 2 handfuls of baby carrots
- primrose leaf
- Put in the veal with parsley to cook and after 20 minutes of boiling or when it is soft, add peeled red potatoes and baby carrots.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- When everything is soft, put it in a blender and blend until you get a slurry. You can add a little breast or formula milk or water as meat and potato porridges tend to absorb and be drier.
- Cool and check the temperature before giving to baby.
