Pasta in cheese sauce - Kristina Gašpar
- 400 g of pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice
- 2 spoons of plain flour
- 6 dl of milk
- 100 g of grated Trappist
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 g of chopped olives of your choice
- to taste: salt (pepper, mixed spices, oregano.)
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Prepare the sauce as follows: Fry the flour in hot oil, then gradually pour in the milk. Cook at a low temperature, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. The sauce should boil for a few minutes. Add grated Trappist and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheeses are melted - about 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and mix.
- When serving, sprinkle the pasta with chopped olives and oregano.
