Pasta - I received a large shell of pasta as a gift, and pasta in the colors of the Italian flag. Shells can be filled in various ways, and I filled the pasta with pasta or spaghetti and no one complained, everything disappeared from the plate in an hour.
Pasta, ingredients:
- 500 g of spaghetti,
- 300 g of small cheese,
- 2 dl sour cream,
- 10 spoons of ajvar,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of ground hot pepper i
- oregano to taste.
I had six large clams and a handful of pasta with Italian colors. For this trip, I cooked three shells and half a handful of cut pasta with the colors of the Italian flag.
Pasta, preparation:
- Drain the spaghetti, shells and cut pasta and strain but do not rinse.
- Add cheese, sour cream, ajvar, finely chopped garlic, oil, ground pepper and oregano to the spaghetti.
- Fill the shells with this mixture. Decorate to taste.
- These large shells would be even better if they were filled with minced meat, but they are also excellent with this mixture.
