The gluten-free restaurant pastry workshop was led by Dr. Milica Aleksić, manager of the METRO Horeca Center, together with Nebojša Veselinović, the chef of the METRO Horeca Center, and with colleagues from the Serbian Juniors Chefs Club, whose members are holders of numerous medals from international cooking competitions.

The gluten-free diet is on the rise due to the frequent occurrence of food allergies, but also the increasingly frequent requests of restaurant guests who believe that these products are healthier than those containing gluten, encouraged us to present several attractive restaurant pastries prepared from adequate substitutes in this workshop. for bread flour.

The host was Dejan Ilić, vice president of the TESTIVAL Association, professional chef and carving master.
