Festival Testival, this weekend, on Dorćol Platz will be a place where we will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious specialties, but also to learn some secrets of culinary masters.
At the two-day festival, workshops will be organized by Milica Aleksić, head of the METRO HoReCa Education Center, together with talented young chefs from the Junior Chefs Club of Serbia, who have just returned from the IKA Culinary Olympics, where they won two bronze and one silver medal.
The master chef of the workshop will provide visitors with a creative way and with a wide range of METRO brands, a unique opportunity to make sure that dough dishes and how they can be a dietary balanced, healthy meal, and we will also find out what makes Manitoba flour the ideal ingredient for the most delicious Italian and French breads, as well as everyone's favorite treats from donuts to sweet rolls.
