TEST #3 – workshop Metro Horeca Center & Serbian Juniors Chefs Club - salty shortbread through the concept of functional food.

We dealt with salty shortbread bites, through which we presented the concept of functional food represented in the dough itself and through various fillings that can have a positive effect on health. SALTED VANILLA!

A representative also participated in the workshop Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjačka Banja.
