TESTIVAL #4 – cooking show Let the salčići smell, Serbian croissants - Katarina Kaja Petrović GASTRONOMAD! The workshop was held on March 05.03.2022, XNUMX. in the Youth Center of Belgrade.
Katarina Petrović (Kaja Gastronomad), had on both days TESTED her culinary show "Let salčići smell, Serbian croissants", where, with the help of Uroš Bogdanović, she prepared a traditional Serbian recipe - salčići - which are also known as "Serbian croissants". She is a well-known TV personality - in 2018, she recorded her first cooking show "Katarina's Spells" on KitchenTV, which became very popular, and during her career, she also worked as a presenter, journalist and reporter. She is currently engaged in filming the show Gastronomad, which is broadcast on RTS 1, and which is a very popular and watched culinary TV program.
Exhibitors, small producers, who selflessly gave their products to make Katarina's salčić the best, are:
- Agricultural farm Živković from Raznje - homemade ajvar
- Draga's kulen and sausage from Sremska Mitrovica – homemade kulen and homemade dried sausage
- Like health, agricultural farm Moskovljević from Brus - homemade plum and apricot jam, without sugar
- Hoff doo, Milutin Pantić – aronia stuffing
