TEST #4 - workshop: What is a lazy chokeberry pie? He led the workshop Nemanja Kosmajac, pastry chef with 17 years of experience. It was held on 05.03.2022. in Belgrade Youth Center.

His specialties are chokeberry cakes (lazy pie, baklava, chocolate mousse, krempita, chocolate tart with dates, tart with pear and almonds, New York chess cake). All these cakes contain aronia.
