TEST #4 - workshop METRO Horeca centar, held on 05.03.2022, in Belgrade Youth Center.

Dr. Milica Aleksić, manager of the Metro HoReCa Center, Master of Hospitality and Doctor of Science in Gastronomy and Nebojsa Veselinović, the chef of the Metro Horeca Center, together with his colleagues, presented the workshop: Croissants and Danish pastry / Wienerbrot / Plunder - A yeast laminated dough concept that is outstanding due to the particularity of its preparation and specific sensorial characteristics, especially the texture. All those present had the opportunity to enjoy a free tasting of all the delicacies prepared by master professionals from the Metro HoReCa center.
