Aunt's pastry - Kristina Gašpar
Aunt's pastry - this pastry is really quick to prepare - as soon as you say "biscuit", it's ready ;). The dough should not stand, rest or rise. It is very tasty and stays fresh for a long time.
I got the recipe for this pastry from my aunt. And I am also a special aunt ;). That's why I gave him that name. Pastries are even tastier when they are made into sandwiches 😉

Aunt's pastry - Kristina Gašpar
- 400 g flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 10 g of fresh yeast
- 1 dl of milk
- 1,5 dl yogurt
- 1 dl oil
- For the ending:
- 1 egg
- seeds of your choice - sesame (cumin...)
- Mix the yeast and sugar in the milk, then add a little flour and let it rise. Combine all other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and make a well. Pour in the yeast, yogurt and oil. Knead the dough.
- Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1 cm (or thicker) and cut out the desired shapes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle as desired.
- If you use a mold with a diameter of about 4 cm, you will get about 40 pieces.
- Bake the pastry for 13-15 minutes - until it is lightly browned.
