Aunt's pastry - Kristina Gašpar

Aunt's pastry - this pastry is really quick to prepare - as soon as you say "biscuit", it's ready ;). The dough should not stand, rest or rise. It is very tasty and stays fresh for a long time.

I got the recipe for this pastry from my aunt. And I am also a special aunt ;). That's why I gave him that name. Pastries are even tastier when they are made into sandwiches 😉

  • 400 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 10 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 1,5 dl yogurt
  • 1 dl oil
  • For the ending:
  • 1 egg
  • seeds of your choice - sesame (cumin...)
  1. Mix the yeast and sugar in the milk, then add a little flour and let it rise. Combine all other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and make a well. Pour in the yeast, yogurt and oil. Knead the dough.
  2. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1 cm (or thicker) and cut out the desired shapes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle as desired.
  4. If you use a mold with a diameter of about 4 cm, you will get about 40 pieces.
  5. Bake the pastry for 13-15 minutes - until it is lightly browned.
