Thai Chicken with Pineapple – I am in love with this dish, you must try it… perfect combination of flavors…

  • 400 gr. white meat
  • 125 gr. pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 spoons of density

Salsa Ingredients:

  • 125 gr. pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • a little hot pepper to taste (I put the top of the pepperoni)
  • a teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2 dl. water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika

Ingredients for the rice side dish:

  • 1 cup of rice (from yogurt)
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon curry spice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter.
  1. Blend all the ingredients for the salsa.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes and cover with soy sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with thickening and mix well.
  4. Fry in a little oil.
  5. Finely chop the white juice, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, add diced pepper, fry a little more, then add pineapple cubes.
  6. When the pineapple is fried, pour the salsa over it, let it simmer for ten minutes, then add the fried meat.
  7. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  8. During this time, put 2 glasses of water and a glass of rice to cook, add curry and salt, before serving add butter and mix until it melts.
