Tiger cake - cherry and chocolate? How can you resist!

for a darker crust:

  • 7 pieces of egg whites
  • 12 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 3 spoon of breadcrumbs
  • 6 tablespoons of walnuts (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon flour

for the white crust:

  • 7 pieces of egg whites
  • 12 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 4 spoons of semolina

for the filling:

  • 14 pieces of egg yolks
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 1,5 liters of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 100 grams of plasma
  • 150 g of margarine
  • 100 g of chocolate with raisins and hazelnuts
  • 200 g of sour cherries
  1. Beat the egg whites separately until stiff. Add sugar and continue beating. When it is stiff, turn off the mixer and add breadcrumbs, vinegar, walnuts and flour. Pour into a 39×36 baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    For the white crust, repeat the procedure, only instead of breadcrumbs, ground walnuts and flour, add semolina.
    For the filling, beat the egg yolks with sugar, add a bag of pudding melted with milk and boil in the remaining milk. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Let it cool. Beat the margarine until foamy and add the cold filling. rough pieces. Add everything to the filling. Add the cherries as well. Combine the mixture.

  2. Cut both peels in half to get four peels. Cut the peel lengthwise.
    To fill:
