Zucchini - pumpkins, pumpkins, ludaje, pešenke, various names for various types of pumpkins. It's their season right now. It is greota not to make pumpkin and not feel this extraordinary taste.
I used the most ordinary pumpkin, in our country they call it pig's pumpkin, because they feed it to pigs, and roast the seeds for snacking.
I also added raisins and all of it"ruined". If you like pumpkin, make it according to the instructions that follow.
Zucchini, ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of bark
- 600 grams of grated pumpkin
- 100 grams of raisins
- 1 dl oil
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 100 grams of sugar
- a cup of sour water
- powdered sugar for sprinkling, if needed
Zucchini, preparation:
- Grate the pumpkin, add sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins, which you previously soaked in lukewarm water.
- Mix everything to combine the ingredients.
- Spread the crusts, brush the crust with oil, fold it in the middle and brush again. Spread 3 tablespoons of the prepared filling on the folded crust, pour over a tablespoon of sour water and roll up.
- Do the same with the remaining crusts and filling.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased tray.
- Coat them all with a mixture of sour water and oil.
- Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Cover the baked pie with a cloth napkin and let it cool a little.
- Cut the cooled pie into pieces of the desired size.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and sweeten.
- Pleasant.
