Zucchini and spinach - I don't know how I managed this, but: from a bunch of vegetables, with the aim of having something light for dinner, I made by far the tastiest dish ever.
- 1 piece zucchini (medium)
- spinach
- mushrooms
- onion
- garlic
- butter
- landing
- so
- beaver
- kari
- green herbs
- young cheese
- Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips with a peeler. leave them aside to soften.
- During this time, put the onion to stew in oil. When it becomes glassy, add chopped or frozen spinach. As soon as the spinach is sautéed, add the chopped mushrooms and then the spices.
- Put the zucchini in the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes at most. Only when you turn off the stove, add a cube of butter, so that it feels as good as possible.
- Sprinkle with chopped young cheese.
