It is prepared faster and there is no fat for frying.

Zucchini fried in the oven - frying is not healthy, but if done in the oven without oil, it can be delicious.
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 2 piece of egg
- 2 spoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of crumbs
- salt (to taste)
- oil (a little)
- Prepare the zucchini in the same way as for regular frying: peel, cut into thin slices, salt and let them drain.
- Drain them and roll them in flour, eggs, crumbs.
- Arrange them in a tray that you have lightly coated with oil with a brush, immediately arrange the zucchini and apply two or three drops of oil on each one, as much as falls from the brush.
- Put them in a heated oven at 170 degrees.
- Don't turn them over a lot, let them catch the crust on one side, turn and let them cook.
