Zucchini in the shape of a flower, topped and baked in the oven.
- 3 pieces of zucchini
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 3 pieces of egg
- 1 dl yogurt (thick)
- 50 g of ham salami
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt (to taste)
- dill
- oil (a little)
- ground pepper (to taste)
- Wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise as thin as you can, salt them and let them stand for 2-3 minutes (but not mandatory). Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. In a small, round, semi-deep dish, begin to arrange the zucchini in a circle, starting in the middle of the dish, until you have used up all of them. Place a slice of tomato and ham in several places between the zucchini and cover with a little oil.
- Beat eggs with yogurt very lightly, add flour, pepper and dill and pour the mixture over the zucchini. Put them in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes
- Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the thinly sliced cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another ten minutes.
- Serve this decorative dish warm or cold.
