Zucchini in the shape of a flower, topped and baked in the oven.

  • 3 pieces of zucchini
  • 2 pieces of tomatoes
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 dl yogurt (thick)
  • 50 g of ham salami
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt (to taste)
  • dill
  • oil (a little)
  • ground pepper (to taste)
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise as thin as you can, salt them and let them stand for 2-3 minutes (but not mandatory). Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. In a small, round, semi-deep dish, begin to arrange the zucchini in a circle, starting in the middle of the dish, until you have used up all of them. Place a slice of tomato and ham in several places between the zucchini and cover with a little oil.

  2. Beat eggs with yogurt very lightly, add flour, pepper and dill and pour the mixture over the zucchini. Put them in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes

  3. Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the thinly sliced ​​cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another ten minutes.
