Tomato cake - Slađana Šćekić

Knead the pancake batter:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml of oil
  • flour as needed (to be thinner)

Prepare the pancake filling:

  • 1 egg
  • 200 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g of grated ham
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  1. Divide the whipped mass into two parts and add 4 spoons of tomato to one part, and the other part is white.
  2. Fry both white and red pancakes.
  3. Assemble everything well and fill the pancakes: White-filling-red....bake until the end at 250 C for only 10 minutes. Transfer the baked cake to a plate and decorate...
