Tomato cake - Slađana Šćekić
Knead the pancake batter:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of water
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml of oil
- flour as needed (to be thinner)
Prepare the pancake filling:
- 1 egg
- 200 g of Parmesan cheese
- 200 g of grated ham
- 2 tablespoons of tomato
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Divide the whipped mass into two parts and add 4 spoons of tomato to one part, and the other part is white.
- Fry both white and red pancakes.
- Assemble everything well and fill the pancakes: White-filling-red....bake until the end at 250 C for only 10 minutes. Transfer the baked cake to a plate and decorate...
