Cake "White Angel" - Snežana Kitanović - Recipes and Cookbook online
"White Angel" cake.
- 1 package of rosen cake crust
- 5 bag of vanilla pudding
- 300 gr. agree
- 100 gr. white chocolate
- 100 gr. powdered milk
- 1,5 liter of milk
- 250 gr. margarine
- 3 glasses of sour cream
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 16 spoons of crystal sugar
- 150 gr. roasted hazelnuts
And yellow filling:
- mix 5 bags of pudding with milk
put the milk to boil and sweeten it with 16 spoons of sugar
when it starts to boil, stir in the whipped pudding, stirring constantly
towards the end, when the pudding starts to set, add the broken white chocolate and leave it to cool
in the meantime, beat margarine with 50 gr. powdered sugar and 100 gr. powdered milk
when the pudding has cooled, add it a little at a time to the whipped margarine, stirring constantly
II white filling:
- whip the whipped cream (according to the instructions on the bag) with previously cooled water
add 3 pieces of sour cream and mix with a whisk
Arrange:
- red rosen bark
yellow filling
roasted hazelnuts, crushed (not completely ground)
white filling
then crusts, yellow filling, hazelnuts, white filling...Each time you place the crust, press lightly to spread the filling evenly.
Spread the last layer of crust only with white filling.
Decorate as desired with sweet cream or whipped cream.
