Japanese Wind Cake – Best Cake… Ever…

  • 15 pieces of egg white
  • 30 spoons of sugar
  • 15 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
  • 9 spoon of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (or vinegar)

Required for fill 1:

  • 600 ml of milk
  • 5 spoons of flour
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 8 pieces of yolk

Required for fill 2:

  • 1 package of margarine
  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 7 pieces of yolk
  • 200 gr. walnuts (ground)

Ingredients for filling 3:

  • 5 bag of whipped cream
  1. Beat 5 egg whites, then add 10 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice, then add 5 tablespoons of chopped walnuts and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  2. Bake 3 crusts.
  3. Preparation of the filling 1: 500 ml. boil the milk with 3 spoons of sugar and 3 bags of vanilla sugar, reduce the heat and add 8 egg yolks that you previously whipped with 5 spoons of flour and 100 ml. milk.
  4. Leave the filling to cool.
  5. Preparation of filling 2: Beat margarine with 250 gr. powdered sugar and 7 egg yolks, then add Fill 1 and 200 g to this mixture. ground walnuts.
  6. Put the filling on the crust, then the slaw, then again the crust, filling, slaw and so on, finishing the filling with the slaw.
